    Return Policy

  • NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVING AFTER 7 DAYS OF DELIVERED MERCHANDICE

  • All returns require an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) from us to receive a credit.
  • Please email us at sales@BladeGuy.com to receive an RMA number.
  • The RMA process takes approximately one day.
  • When shipping a return, please be sure to include all of the product's parts, all of the original packaging, and all of the manuals and paperwork which were included in the original packaging.
  • You will be responsible for return postage.
  • Replacements will be shipped after we receive and process your returned product.
  • Packages can be returned in unused condition for a credit of the purchase price less a 20% restocking fee.
  • Cancellations on ordered pieces will be assessed a 20% restocking fee.
